Our property stretches over 40 acres, rising up the mountain from the Shields Road cabins up to the Shop and the Pizza Pavilion at the main compound. While many guests enjoy exploring our property on foot, others prefer to tour in one of our pretty golf carts. Children as young as 14 may drive them with an adult — a wonderful first time driving experience. Limited availability.

GOLF CART RULES
Rental period is from 2 pm in the afternoon to 11 am the next day. (If you’re renting for more than one day, then you would return the golf cart by 11 on the last day of your rental).

Pick up your golf cart at the Shop at 88 Cemetery Road (the “main compound”). Please let us know what time you anticipate picking up your golf cart so we can meet you there.

Stay only on the gravel paths!!! If you go into the lawn or meadows, you will hit hidden rocks which will tear out the bottom of the golf cart. So PLEASE stay only on the gravel driveways and paths.
One exception: there is a path between the hot tub and the upper property which does not have gravel so you will be driving SLOWLY on the mowed path --- this path is marked by solar lights and is clearly more closely mowed than the surrounding fields.
PICK UP YOUR GOLF CART AT THE MAIN COMPOUND: 88 Cemetery Road.
DIRECTIONS FROM SHIELDS ROAD CABINS: Go back down Shields Road and take a right on 13th Lake Road. Take an immediate right on Cemetery Road. We are half mile up at the top of the hill next to the cemetery. The Shop is the first building on the left. WALKING: Go up towards the hot tub and bear left on the trail which will take you up to the main compound.
