Most nights in spring, summer and fall, we invite guests to join the fun of making wood fired pizza.

Two Options:

One:  We make and provide the dough and sauce, and guests bring their own toppings and cheese. 

Two:  We offer pizza with our choice of toppings.  

We fire up the wood-fired pizza in the late afternoon and from 6:30 to 7:30, guests come to the pizza pavilion with their toppings and we help them cook their pizzas.  Because the oven is so hot, the pizzas cook in about three minutes.  Lots of fun!

Some vegetable toppings like mushrooms and onions should be sautéed in advance since the cooking time in the oven is so short.  There is a butane burner in the pizza pavilion for this or you can do it where you’re staying.
